City of Vienna City Council met Sept. 20.

A Disciplinary Action Hearing Board met Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Vienna City Hall with the following members and guest:
ELECTED/APPOINTED OFFICIALS PRESENT:.
Cheryl Myrick, Alderwoman; Debbie Riddle, Alderman; Richard Owen, Alderman; Aleatha Wright, City Clerk; Josh Stratemeyer, City Attorney
GUESTS: Charles Harner, County Sheriff
The meeting was called to order with the appointed board all present: Alderman Riddle, Myrick, and Owen. City Attorney Stratemeyer briefly went over meeting procedures. Alderman Owen was then appointed as Chairman.
At 5:06 p.m. Alderman Riddle made a motion to go into closed session as per 5ILCS 120/2(c) (1), Employment/Personnel. The motion was seconded by Alderman Myrick. Motion carried.
At 6:11 p.m. Alderman Riddle made a motion to go out of Executive Session back into Regular Session. Alderman Myrick seconded the motion.
Alderman Myrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Alderman Riddle. As there was no further business to discuss, Chairman Owen called the meeting adjourned.
