Vienna High School District 133 Board met Sept. 25.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The meeting was called to order by President John Summers with the following members present: Jason Taylor, Matt Johnson - absent, Morris Mott, David Allbritten, Ken Wiggs - late, Kimberly Shoemaker - late, Superintendent Jp.Shua Stafford. VHS staff: Jamie Kepley, * Anderson, John Giffin. Kimberly Sjoemaker and Ken Weiss arrived after meeting was called to order.

Motion made by Mott seconded by Taylor to approve minutes from August 24", 2017 Board Meeting and keep closed session minutes closed per the semi-annual review. Roll Call: All Yes

Motion made by Mott seconded by Wiggs to adopt the agenda. Roll Call: All Yes.

Motion made by Shoemaker seconded by Mott to approve the Financial Reports and Monthly Bills. Taylor-Yes, Summers -Yes, Johnson - absent, Allbritten - Yes, Mott - Yes, Shoemaker - Yes, Wiggs - Yes.

Motion made by Taylor seconded by Shoemaker to approve the FY2018 Original Budget. Taylor-Yes, Summers-Yes, Johnson-absent, Allbritten-Yes, Mott-Yes, Shoemaker-Yes, Wiggs-Yes.

Motion made by Wiggs seconded by Taylor to approve the Crisis Management Plan. Taylor - Yes, Summers - Yes, Johnson -absent, Allbritten - Yes, Mott - Yes, Shoemaker - Yes, Wiggs - Yes.

Motion made by Shoemaker seconded by Mott to approve the FY2017 Annual Financial Report/Audit. Taylor-Yes, Summers-Yes, Johnson-absent, Allbritten-Yes, Mott - Yes, Shoemaker-Yes, Wiggs - Yes.

No Closed Session

Motion made by Taylor seconded by Wiggs to adjourn. Roll Call: All Yes (Time) 10 p.m.
