The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from September 11, 2017. Motion carried.
There was no public comment or unfinished business.
New Business:
• A discussion was held regarding the Beta Testing of the RAILS Membership Standards and IHLS Membership.
• The committee was given an update on expressions of interest from the Greenview School District and the East St. Louis School District.
There was no additional public comment or any announcements.
A motion was made and approved to adjourn the meeting at 4:20.
