Executive Session

Closed session in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2c 2 to discuss collective negotiation matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.

     Discussions centered on collective negotiating matters.

Closed session in accordance with 5ILCS 120/2c 1 for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.

     Discussions involved the annual evaluation of the director.
