Supervisor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 6 p.m.

Members present: Supervisor Reynolds, Treasurer Reynolds, Clerk Brandt, Trust Trudgeon, Trustee Saari.
Approval of the minutes from March 16, 2016. Motion by J Reynolds, 2nd Trudgeon, all voted aye.
Approval of the Agenda from March 23, 2017. Motion by Brandt, 2nd C Reynolds, all voted aye.
A roll call vote was taken after a motion from Supervisor Reynolds to approve the 2017 budget, 2nd Trudgeon. Voting aye was J. Reynolds, C. Reynolds, S. Brandt, J. Kelly, and R. Trudgeon.
The budget resolution known as the General Appropriations Act for the General Fund and all special revenue funds was subsequently approved.
Motion to adjourn 6:09 p.m. J Reynolds/D Saari, all voted aye.
