WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE: Page Turner Adventures: The Magnificent Circus Mystery top be held on October 7

Yekaterinburg circus

Wabash Valley College issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.

The Emmy Award winning children’s theatre company, Page Turner Adventures, will be performing at Wabash Valley College on Sunday, October 7 at 1:30.

The performance will feature Riley Roam as the Intrepid Storyologist, Page Turner. Former Ringling Brothers Clown, Kenny Miley, will perform as her wacky sidekick. Together they will transform the audience into “Storyologists.”

Children interact directly with the actors and will solve problems and overcome obstacles. By turning the audience into the main character of the story, the performance will empower people of all ages to become readers and writers.

The performance will combine slapstick storytelling, juggling, unicycling, stilt walking, improvisation comedy and larger-than-life props and costumes for a totally unique theatrical experience.

In this show, a steamer trunk, a mysterious book, and a hat belonging to Harry Houdini begin a show filled with magic, juggling, unicycling, and physical comedy. The audience must solve riddles and figure out a 90 year-old secret as they help to create the story from beginning to end.

Tickets are $6.00 and will be available at the door. Patron passes will be honored.
