Patrick Windhorst wins 118th House District race

Republican Patrick Windhorst has been declared the winner in the 118th House District against Democrat Natalie Phelps Finnie.

With 99 percent of the precincts reporting, Windhorst had 58 percent of the vote with a total of 21,572 votes.

Phelps Finnie received 42 percent of the vote with a total of 15,700 votes.
