6. Discussion and/or Action on the McLeansboro Water Tower project

7. Discussion and/or Action on 2019 Motor Fuel Tax expenditures

8. Discussion and/or Action on a TIF reimbursement request by Don and Ann Burke for a property at 405 West St. Charles Street in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Two Dollars and Ten Cents ($3802.10)

9. Discussion and/or Action on the purchase of pyrotechnic displays for the City’s July 4th Celebrations
