City of Albion City Council met March 27.

The Albion City Council met for a special council session on Mar 14, 2019 6:30 p.m. in the Albion City Hall. Mayor John Henze called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Council Members Present – Eric Eirikson, Eric Schmidt, Kim Dostal and absent Jordan Hinkle and Pat Hemming.
Eirikson motioned to approve the agenda and Dostal seconded it. Motion passed 3-0
Schmidt motioned to open the public hearing and Dostal seconded it. Motion passed 3-0 Public hearing opened at 6:32.
Dostal motioned to approve and Schmidt seconded resolution 2019-01 to approve the adoption of budget and certification of City Taxes Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2019 – Ending June 30, 2020. Resolution passed 3-0.
There were no oral or written comments or objections submitted to council of clerk prior to or during public hearing.
Schmidt motioned to approve closing of public hearing and Eirikson seconded it. Public hearing closed at 6:35. Motion passed 3-0.
