Hamilton County Board will meet on Tuesday, June 18.

CONSENT AGENDA

1. Review / Approve the Regional Office of Education District # 20 2nd quarter (March –May, 2019) claim request in the amount of $6,286.00.

2. Accept check #1313 in the amount of $100.00 from the Hamilton County Extension Foundation for the sale of (4) Plat Books. Loan balance $5,275.00

3. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of May, 2019. Salaries: $8,316.44, Fringes: $1,044.13, Unemployment: $14.72 and Insurance: $962.79.

4. Hamilton County Coal Royalty Summary Report:

A) Received check #6000885 May 23rd, 2019 in the amount of $194, 925, 41 ($7,774.80 was for the lease agreement dated 06/01/2009. B) Expected Income for May 2019 = $467,363.63

5. Discuss / Approve the renewal of the Ambulance Agreement with Harre Ambulance Service for the period of July 1st, 2019 through June 30th, 2020.

6. Review the March 19th, 2019 1% School Facilities Tax Distribution Report

7. Discuss / Approve the County Clerk’s Semi Annual Report for the period of December 1st, 2018 through May 31st, 2019. Signatures of Approval.

8. Review / Discuss : Letter from Illinois Petroleum Resources Board

9. Invitation to a 2020 Census Meeting:

11. Review Letter from Ms. Julie Ritchey, Illinois Extension Regional Director, Region 3 announcing the Interim Extension Director, Jody Johnson will serve Hamilton County until a permanent position is filled due to the retirement of Ms. Connie Beck.

OLD BUSINESS: Approve the correction of Resolution # 2019-10 regarding the Motor Grader Purchase for the Highway department. Correct Resolution # should have been #2019-14 Approve the correction of Resolution # 2019-11 regarding Establishing Civil Fees and Criminal and Traffic Assessments to be charged by the Circuit Court. Correct Resolution # should have been #2019-15

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve the RE-APPOINTMENT of John Warner, Kenny Aydt and Greg

Muehlenbein to the Hamilton Memorial Hospital Board of Directors for a (3) year term effective July 1st, 2019 expiring June 30th, 2022. Voice Vote:

5. Hamilton County Clerk, Mary Anne Hopfinger: Requesting approval to accept the proposal from Election Systems and Software in the amount of $161,242.50 for new election equipment. Roll Call Vote:
