State Representative Patrick Windhorst is celebrating National Ice Cream Month. In a statement, he expressed his enthusiasm for the occasion and urged residents to support local businesses.

“Happy National Ice Cream Month! I encourage anyone who can to support local ice cream retailers throughout southern Illinois,” Windhorst said.
