There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 62823, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by SE Illinois News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vienna zip code. The 30-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison in 2018 when he was 29 years old.
