Harrisburg Public Library District Board of Trustees met Oct. 10.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrisburg Public Library District was called to order by President Joe Ewing at 6:11 pm. In attendance were Trustees, Tammi Jackson, Sally Wofford, Gary Jones, and Director Krystal Gulley.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the standing water discovered on the roof. An estimate was provided by Wesley Ratliff for labor and materials to build up the east side of the roof. This additional construction is expected to fix any standing water and drainage problem.
Sally Wofford moved to approve the $10,000.00 estimate the construction and materials necessary to slope the roof. The motion passed after a unanimous roll call vote.
Sally Wofford moved to approve an additional overage estimate for Tondini Roofing up to an additional $2700.00. The motion passed after a unanimous roll call vote.
A motion was made adjourn at 6:30.
