1. Accept check # 1354 from the Hamilton County Extension foundation in the amount of $325.00 for the sale of (13) plat books. Loan balance =$4300.00
2. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of January,2020. Salaries: $8,906.44 Fringes: $1,353.07 and Insurance: $1,003.20 Unemployment $185.72.
3. Hamilton County Coal Royalty Summary Report:
A) Expected Income for January 2020 is $0.
4. Accept check #039082 in the amount of $4,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement.
5. Review /Approve the 2020 Standard Mileage Rate of 57.5 cents.
6. Approve the Agreement form the University of Illinois Extension requesting funding in the amount of $25,000.00 for FY2021 budget (from July 1, 2020 through June 30th, 2021 to be paid in January of 2021.

5.)REMINDER the MARCH 17TH, REGULAR HAMILTON COUNTY BOARD MEETING HAS BEEN MOVED TO, THURSDAY, MARCH 19TH, 2020. HIGHWAY MEETING WILL BE AT 5:15 P.M. IN THE JURY ROOM NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AND THE REGULAR COUNTY BOARD MEETING WILL BE AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE COURTROOM.
6. Reminder: February 25th, 2020 TOWN HALL MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. AT LABORERS LOCAL 1197 UNION HALL, 109 W MARKET STREET, MCLEANSBORO. PURPOSE: PUBLIC SAFETY TAX REFERENDUM AWARENESS.
7. Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 Mandatory Sexual Harassment training of ALL Employees of Hamilton County Government will be held. Kyle Shell from IPMG our liability insurance carrier will conduct (2) Sexual Harassment Training classes at 10:00 a.m. and another at11:00 a.m. in the courtroom. Certification will be issued upon completion of the training.
8. Christine Fine, IMRF field representative will be on site Monday, February 24th, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. There will be 20 min intervals for appointments.
