Supervisor Reynolds called the regular Elm River Township monthly meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present: Supervisor Reynolds, Treasurer Reynolds, Trustee Trudgeon, Trustee Saari, and Clerk Brandt.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE February 20, 2020
REGULAR MEETING Motion to approve J Reynolds/D Saari all vote aye.
TREASURERS REPORT: C Reynolds: General Fund $319,142.85, Road Fund $134,322.68, Fire Fund $52,806.01, Liquor Law Fund $3,946.34 and Current Tax Fund $47,125.01. Motion to Approve: R Trudgeon/J Reynolds all voted aye.
ASSESSOR REPORT: None
CORRESPONDENCE: None
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: **Budget Amendments 2019-Two Motion to approve J Reynolds/D Saari. All in favor aye.
**Depositories: Superior National Bank, Michigan Tech Employee Federal Credit Union, and River Valley Bank, motion to approve J Reynolds/S Brandt, all in favor aye.
**Salary Rate Policy no change from 2019. Motion made by J Reynolds/R Trudgeon, all in favor aye.
**Board Member Salary Resolution-Trustee remain the same.
**Treasurer $200.00 month change over 2019, motion by S Brandt/R Trudgeon with a roll call vote, abstaining was J Reynolds, all vote aye.
**Clerk $200.00 month change over 2019, motion by J Reynolds/D Saari with roll call vote, abstaining was S Brandt, all vote aye.
**Supervisor $100.00 month change over 2019, motion b y S Brandt/R Trudgeon with roll call vote, abstaining C Reynolds, all vote aye.
**Garbage no increase.
**Property-Capital Outlay $35,000 to purchase next door.
FIRE DEPARTMENT: **Ice Rescue Suits and Air Bottles. Monthly training working out well.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: *C Reynolds the bills by month: Bills $7,167.51 and payroll $2,220.00 for total $9,387.51. Motion to pay the bills J Reynolds/R Trudgeon, all in favor aye.
CITIZENS COMMENT:
Rich Pirhonen-property to a parking lot.
Apply for a grant once purchased.
