Hamilton County Community Unit School District No. 10 Board of Education met Sept. 27.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The Board of Education of Hamilton County Community Unit District No. 10 met in special session on the morning at 8:00 a.m., in the Administrative Center.

The meeting was called to order by Board President Pro Tem Tim Millenbine. Roll Call was as follows: Present – Steve Becker, Bob Gray, Jeff Lueke, Clint Ragan, and Tim Millenbine.

Remote: Justin Woodrow. Absent: Dennis Lynch.

VISITORS/Public Comment – None

OLD BUSINESS –

Motion by Lueke, second by Gray to approve applying for the 50/50 Maintenance Grant and approval of the District Match Funding Source. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Lueke, Gray, Ragan, Becker, Woodrow, and Millenbine. Motion Carried.

Motion by Lueke, second by Becker to approve the Athletic Director’s Plan for allowing 6th grade students to participate in Jr. High Athletic Programs. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Lueke, Becker, Ragan, Gray, Woodrow, and Millenbine. Motion Carried.

NEW BUSINESS – None

Motion by Becker, second by Lueke to adjourn. Vote was taken by voice, motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:21 a.m.
