3. Pavement Preservation Program:

Other Business.
a. ICC 600E/1600N Rail Safety Project
i. The Addenda Environmental Review has been submitted, Preliminary Plans and ROW plan complete.
ii. ROW Negotiations:
I. Hanson Engineering to send executed contract for County signatures and !DOT approval.
2. ROW plats and deeds are complete.
3. Title Commitments are in hand. Hanson is advising to get Title Insurance Policies, this is estimated at $1 ,500.
4. I'm trying to figure out the reimbursement process and from what I can figure it will run through our County MFT account, but I'm having a hard time getting information from anyone.
iii. ICC Agreement Extension
I. The ICC Rail Safety Program agreements include design and construction in a 2 year period. The second term will expire June 28, 2022 and we need to request another extension.
b. ICC Thackeray Road Rail Safety Project
i. The ICC has contacted me about getting estimates together for the approach work to improve this RR crossing. (no change)
c. New Highway facility:
i. Building and Grounds committee.
d. EPA UST incident:
i. There will be a closure report that will need filed in the Clerk's Office.
e. New Equipment Budget adjustment - We received the correct invoice for the Cat Excavator with difference of $133,073.04. lt was brought to my attention that even though we've purchased equipment with revenues from the surplus equipment receipts the budget line item had not been adjusted. We are ordering the new trailer and will be able to sell the old trailer. Following are recommendations that were sent to Dustin:
f. 30' Tilt Bed Trailer for excavator has been ordered from Kaufman Trailers factory direct, no trade $ 17,490+$700 (shipping), estimated build date is November.
g. E9 l I signs:
i. Aaron is estimating $12,000 for replacing Rd Name signs. Road Commissioners are willing to help replace the signs. We need to decide how to proceed.
h. County Engineer - the board needs to decide how to proceed and advertise the position.
1. Engineering Software - recommending a I-year renewal for $1 ,232.55. The renewal will be for 7/21 /22 - 7/20/23.
