CALL FOR ENTRIES — BLACK HISTORY MONTH EXHIBITION AT SIC
The Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art at Southeastern Illinois College is currently preparing for their “Black History Month Exhibition” which will be held in the main gallery.
This show will run Jan. 31- March 2, 2023, and the museum Operations and Collections Committee is currently calling for artist submissions. The deadline for entries is Monday, Jan. 10, 2023.
Considerations for the “Black History Month Exhibition” will be open to all mediums and subject matters to express and highlight Black History and culture through the many mediums of art. Artists are encouraged to submit up to three entries at www.sic.edu/hisemuseum.
A printable form may also be found on the website, or artists can call 618-252-5400 ext. 2599 to be sent a physical copy of the form. Physical copies of the form must have an example of the works to be considered, and be mailed or delivered to Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art, Southeastern Illinois College, 3575 College Rd, Harrisburg, IL, 62946. It can also be emailed to hisemuseum@sic.edu.
