CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of November, 2022. Salaries: $8,318.50 Fringes: $875.43 and Insurance: $1,331.86 Unemployment $0.00.
2. Accept check # 42996 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of
McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of
November 2022.
3. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $53,523.96.
4. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $53,799.55. This is liability MO- Sept 2022, Collected MO- Oct 2022 Vouchered MO- Dec 2022.

1. Discussion and possible approval: The recommended changes from the Hamilton County Insurance Committee and to renew employee health insurance with IPMG for FY2023.
2. Discussion and possible approval: The Cyber Liability Insurance Policy effective 12-01-2022 with Spinnaker Insurance Company and payment for the annual premium of $7,940.00.

3. Discussion and possible approval: Accept the letter of resignation from James D. “Jimmy” Johnson from the HMHD Board and approve the appointment of Marilyn Cross to serve in his place for a term expiring 6-30-24.
4. Discussion and possible approval: Identify Heather Bowman, County Clerk, as the Hamilton County Board Secretary and the annual stipend of $10,000.00 by Resolution #2022-15-2.
HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION
10. Discuss / Approve the proposal from Teffertiller Motors for the purchase of a 2020 Ford F-150 crew cab 4x4 in the amount of $40,643.00 for the County Highway Engineer to be paid from the Coal Fund.
