NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible approval: University of Illinois Extension FY 2024 agreement with the County as presented at the April 18, 2023 County Board meeting by Angie Messmer, County Extension Director.
2. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2023-1 pertaining to an updated fee schedule for the County Clerk’s fees based on the updated 2023 Cost Study.
3. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2023-2 pertaining to an updated fee schedule for the Recording office fees based on the updated 2023 Cost Study and mandated RHSP increase.
4. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List with signatures of approval. HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION
5. Discussion and possible approval: Accept bid from S & N Partners for the purchase of a John Deere Model 6R195 tractor for the Highway Department in the amount of $135,000.00 (with trade) to be paid from the Coal Fund.
6. Discussion and possible approval: Accept bid from Teffertiller Motors for the purchase of a Chevrolet 1 Ton Truck 4x4 Dump Truck for the Highway Department in the amount of $77,997.00 to be paid from the ARPA fund.
APPOINTMENTS
1. Approve the reappointment of Glenna Sutton to the Hamilton County Board of Health for a (3) year term which will expire on April 30, 2026 to replace Nathan Taylor.
