CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of April, 2023. Salaries: $8,322.00 Fringes: $718.92 Insurance: $1,206.86 Unemployment: $75.09.
2. Accept check # 7714 in the amount of $207.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of May 2023.
3. Accept check # 35331 in the amount of $800.00 from UCCI for 1st Quarter meeting attendance.
4. Accept check # 43733 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of April 2023.
5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $41,878.50.
6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $42,100.07. This is liability MO- Feb 2023, Collected MO- Mar 2023 Vouchered MO- May 2023.
7. Accept check # 49001 in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Terry Hunt, D/B/A Hunt’s Hardware and Grocery for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2023.
8. Accept check # 1211 in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Reegan & Holly Schuster, D/B/A The Liquor Hut, LLC for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2023.
9. Accept check # 5123 in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Ryan Rubenacker, D/B/A Rube’s Liquor Locker, Inc for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2023.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible approval: The request from White County Board Member, David South, for the Hamilton County Board to send a letter of support to leave the Shawnee National Forest as such instead of changing it to a National Park.
2. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.
HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION
3. Discussion and possible approval: To allow the expenditure of $250,000.00 from the Coal fund to treat additional Oil & Chip roads not budgeted in the MFT.
