CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of September, 2023. Salaries: $8,502.50 Fringes: $734.47 Insurance: $1,206.86.
2. Accept check # 6009002 in the amount of $115,811.36 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007.
3. Accept check # 44629 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of September 2023.
4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $46,546.00.
5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $46,787.18.

6. Review the 2024 Sharx Annual Renewal Notice and service agreement.

1. Discussion and possible approval: The amended 2024 Courthouse Holiday Calendar.
2. Discussion and possible approval: Review list of items and set date for County Surplus Sealed Bid Auction.
3. Discussion and possible approval: Budget for the 2023 Courthouse Christmas Party.
4. Discussion and possible approval: FY24 ICRMT insurance program renewal. Total annual premium $153,050.00.
5. Discussion and possible approval: FY24 ICRMT unemployment insurance proposal. Rate of 2.910 %.
6. Discussion and possible approval: Agreement for the contract renewal with Hamilton County Ambulance Service. (Current Contract expires 11-16-23)
7. Discussion and possible approval: The FY24 Letter of Agreement with Bellwether LLC.
8. Discussion and possible approval: The FY24 Hamilton County Budget for display.
9. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2023-8 amending the ARPA expenditures for the One Ton Dump Truck originally ordered in 2022, modified in 2023.
10. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2023-14 pertaining to the transfer of funds needed for the County Federal-Aid Matching Tax Fund.
11. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2023-15 pertaining to the sale of permanent parcel # 08-15-132-006 to the City of McLeansboro in the amount of $850.00.

12. Discussion: To use excess tax funds (out of the 1% Safety Tax) for the support of Fire Protection in Hamilton County.
