2. Accept check # 7805 in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of November 2023.
3. Accept check # 6009163 in the amount of $126,557.75 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 11/01/2007, 12/01/2007, and 11/01/2008.
4. Accept check # 44797 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of October 2023.
5. Accept check #35602 in the amount of $800.00 from UCCI for 3rd quarter meeting attendance.
6. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $48,395.91.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible approval: FY24 Cyber Liability Insurance renewal with Spinnaker Insurance Company. Total annual premium $8,695.00.
2. Discussion and possible approval: The list of recommended changes for FY24 submitted by the Insurance Committee from their November 9, 2023 meeting.
3. Discussion and possible approval: A one-time payment from the Ambulance Reserve Fund (1% Public Safety Tax) to Hamilton County Ambulance Service in the amount of $35,200 for the month of November 2023 due to the pending agreement execution.
4. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2023-16 authorizing funding of $4,000.00 for the State’s Attorney to participate in the Appellate Prosecutor Program for FY24 to be paid from line item #1906.
5. Discussion: Digital sign for the Courthouse to be paid by the Technology Grant presented by Justin Hood.

HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION
12. Discussion and possible approval: Accept bid from S & N Partners for the purchase of a John Deere Model 6R195 tractor for the Highway Department in the amount of $148,000.00 (with trade) to be paid from the Coal Fund.
13. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2023-17 Agreement for the County Engineer’s Salary.
14. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2023-18 Appropriating funds for the payment of the County Engineer’s Salary.
APPOINTMENTS
15. Approve the appointment of Brad Barnard to the Hamilton County Water District Board to replace Tony Steele and fill his remaining term to expire April 30, 2028.
16. Approve the appointment of Ashton Middendorf for Director of the Hamilton County EMA effective December 1, 2023.
17. Reminder: The Annual County Christmas Dinner to be held on Friday, December 8th at 6 p.m.
