VILLAGE HALL WALL REPAIR – We’ve received bids for the wall repair as well as for roof repair/replacement. It was determined to have a structural engineer from Gonzalez do a building inspection to determine the scope of work needed to fix the area.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN – Administrator Speir will put together an RFP to get proposals to update our comprehensive plan.

SIDEWALKS – Trustee Rogers suggested we look into placing a sidewalk on Memorial Dr. going to the Park. This will be looked into further.

Trustee Rogers made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Hopkins to adjourn. All Trustees were in favor. The motion was granted. Meeting adjourned at 7:54 pm.
