1. Old Business

a. Bridge Program

i. Mayberry Township 16-07128-00-BR

1. Letting was held on February 14th.

2. Dees Inc. was the lowest bidder @ $274,478.00

3. Resolution #2024-02-05 to accept the bid.

ii. South Twigg Township 07-11116-00-BR

1. Obtain Dedicated Right-Of-Way when possible.

b. Road Improvement Program

i. FY 24 Pavement Preservation 20-00116-00-PP (36.5 Miles of Oil & Chip)

1. Letting was held on January 19th.

2. Illini Asphalt was the lowest bidder @ $653,562.76

ii. MFT General Maintenance

1. Letting was held on February 14th for materials.

2. Resolution #’s 2024-02-03 & 2024-02-04 to accept bids for the County and Townships.

c. Other Business

i. ICC @ 600E and 1600N Rail Safety Project.

1. Met with Steve Rapp -ROW

2. Plan corrections and submit to IDOT for approval.

ii. 911 Signs

1. Replacing/Installing Signs

d. New Highway Facility

i. Slays Restoration – Waiting on Estimate

ii. Received Estimate to Remove existing metal and replace with new metal.

e. Equipment/Maintenance Report

i. The Newly Leased JD 6R 195 should arrive at any time.

2. New Business

a. Maintenance Worker Applications are still being accepted.

b. Bridge Inspection beginning this week
