a. Bridge Program
i. Mayberry Township 16-07128-00-BR
1. Dees Inc. – Bridge construction this summer.
ii. South Twigg Township 07-11116-00-BR
1. Obtain Dedicated Right-Of-Way when possible.
b. Road Improvement Program
1. FY 24 Pavement Preservation 20-00116-00-PP and the MFT Oil & Chip will begin the 2nd week of June+/-.
2. Discussion and possible approval
a. To allow the expenditure of $130,000.00 from the Coal Fund to treat additional Oil & Chip Roads not budgeted in the MFT program.
c. Other Business
i. ICC @ 600E and 1600N Rail Safety Project.
1. Plans have been submitted to IDOT for approval.
ii. 911 Signs
1. Replacing/Installing Signs
d. New Highway Facility
i. Estimates to strip/gut building, remove & replace metal, spray-on insulation and rebuild offices.
e. Equipment/Maintenance Report
i. Propose to sell the following:
1. 2004 F-350 w/ 270,172 Miles
2. 2005 F-150 Ext Cab w/ 166,920 Miles
2) New Business
a. 2 Maintenance Workers have been hired:
i. Eldon Winternheimer
ii. Tyler Murphy
