CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of April, 2024. Salaries: $9,213.00 Fringes: $965.01 Insurance: $1,199.81 Unemployment: $99.64.

2. Accept check # 7895 in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of May 2024.

3. Accept check # 45752 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of April 2024.

4. Accept check # 6009897 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $9,503.23 for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $45,101.25.

6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $45,244.88.

This is liability MO- Feb 2024, Collected MO- Mar 2024 Vouchered MO- May 2024.

7. Review the FY23 Workers’ Comp Audit and the claim for $1,929.00.

8. Accept check # ________ in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Phyllis Hunt, D/B/A Hunt’s Hardware and Grocery for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2024.

9. Accept check # 1535 in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Reegan & Holly Schuster, D/B/A The Liquor Hut, LLC for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2024.

10. Accept check # 5433 in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class C Liquor License to Ryan Rubenacker, D/B/A Rube’s Liquor Locker, Inc for a (6) month period to expire on November 30, 2024.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Alene Carr for a 3-year dues commitment with the Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission.

2. Discussion and possible approval: the request for 2024 Sponsorship from the Hamilton County Relay for Life Committee submitted by Sponsorship Chairman, Janis Rubenacker. Sponsorship in the amount of ___________ to be paid out of #1504 Community Donations.

3. Discussion and possible approval: A donation of $1,800.00 to the Women’s Leadership Council for the purpose of making repairs and updates to Kid’s Kingdom park.

4. Discussion and possible action: Additional information regarding the County’s commitment to Discover Downstate Tourism.

5. Discussion and possible approval: The updated Hamilton County Employee Policy Manual in accordance with the Paid Leave For All Workers Act.

6. Discussion and possible approval: Hamilton County EMA Coordinator contract.

7. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2024-05-01 Hamilton County Wind Energy Conversion Systems Siting Ordinance.
