CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of August, 2024. Salaries: $9,213.00 Fringes: $965.03 Insurance: $1,199.81
2. Accept check # ________ in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of August 2024.
3. Accept check # 6010465 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $27,296.77 for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.
4. Approve the FY24 third quarter claim in the amount of $5,020.75 submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE District #20 Superintendent.
5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $50,542.76.
6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $50,711.05. This is liability MO- June 2024, Collected MO- July 2024 Vouchered MO- Sept 2024.
7. Approve Resolution #2024-09-01 pertaining to the surrender of tax sale certificate #3396 for permanent parcel # 08-15-311-001 in the name of Allen Brooks for Joshua D McPherson.
(Certificate sold at the December 2021 tax sale to the Hamilton County Trustee Program)
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible approval: The 2025 Courthouse Holiday Calendar.
2. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Rick Rubenacker with Rocking For A Cause (a Not For Profit Illinois Corporation) for a Special Event Liquor License. Event to be held November 18, 2024 at Rubenacker Farms Shop.
3. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2024-09-01 to establish gas mileage reimbursement.
4. Region 20: Birth to Five update by Janice Crow.
5. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.
