City of Carmi City Council met Oct. 15.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Call to order by Mayor Pollard, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call.

3. Approve October 1, 2024, Council Meeting Minutes

4. Approve September 2024 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

5. Approve and authorize October 2024 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

H) Pay Request: Brown and Roberts, Inc. $8722.84 work on Hwy 11 – 1000 E Watermain Replacement (Pays from Carmi Light & Water).

I) Contractor’s Pay Estimate #1 to Wiggs Excavating, Inc. $152656.55 for the Water System Imp. DCEO Rebuild Illinois – Contract A Watermain & PRS. (Pays from Rebuild Illinois Grant)

S) Resolution 10.15.24: A resolution of the City of Carmi, IL adopting the 2024 White County Multi-Jurisdictional Multi-Hazard Plan.

U) Resolution 10.17.24: A resolution authorizing the transfer of TIF funds from TIF 1 to TIF 2.
