CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of September, 2024. Salaries: $9,017.50 Fringes: $944.70 Insurance: $1,199.81

2. Accept check # 46300 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of August 2024.

3. Accept check # 46365 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of September 2024.

4. Accept check # 6010615 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $55,751.18 for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

5. Accept check # 36289 in the amount of $800.00 from UCCI for Q3 meeting attendance.

6. Approve the ROE District #20 FY25 Budget and 1st Quarter Report submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, Superintendent.

7. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $47,916.47.

8. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $48,079.95. This is liability MO- July 2024, Collected MO- Aug 2024 Vouchered MO- Oct 2024.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The FY23 Audit Report presented by Dale Holtman with Scheffel Boyle.

2. Discussion and possible approval: The FY23 Circuit Clerk Audit Report as prepared by Scheffel Boyle.

3. Discussion and possible approval: The FY25 Letter of Agreement with Bellwether LLC.

4. Discussion and possible approval: The FY25 Hamilton County Budget for display.

5. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-10-01 authorizing funding of $5,000.00 for the State’s Attorney to participate in the Appellate Prosecutor Program for FY25. Invoice has been submitted on the claims list to be paid from line item #1906.

6. Discussion and possible approval: FY25 ICRMT insurance program renewal. Total annual premium $174,059.00.

7. Discussion and possible approval: FY25 ICRMT unemployment insurance proposal. Rate of 3.2 %.

8. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-10-02 pertaining to the transfer of funds needed for the County Federal-Aid Matching Tax Fund.

9. Discussion and possible approval: The Central Dispatching Agreement with the City of McLeansboro.

10. Discussion and possible approval: The written request from the White County Senior Citizen’s Center, Inc. for a donation to help serve Hamilton County residents.

11. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

Announcement: November Liquor Control Meeting to be held at 5:45 p.m. just prior to the November 19, 2024 Regular Hamilton County Board meeting.
