CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of December, 2024. Salaries: $9,330.30 Fringes: $977.23 Insurance: $1,199.81.

2. Accept check # 6011033 in the amount of $42,668.44 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.

3. Accept check # 46700 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of December 2024.

4. Accept check # 36371 in the amount of $150.00 and check #36446 in the amount of $1,034.50 from UCCI for 2024 dues refund and Q4 meeting attendance.

5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $51,897.06.

6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $52,162.75. This is liability MO- Oct 2024, Collected MO- Nov 2024 Vouchered MO- Jan 2025.

7. Review the Q2 report submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE District #20 Superintendent.

8. Approve Resolution # 2025-01-01 pertaining to the surrender of tax sale certificate #3383 for permanent parcel # 08-15-176-023 to Glenna K. Wood in the amount of $6,077.70. (Certificate sold at the December 2021 tax sale to the Hamilton County Trustee Program)

9. Approve Resolution # 2025-01-02 pertaining to the surrender of tax sale certificate #3390 for permanent parcel # 08-15-253-008 to Farris Family Restaurant in the amount of $1,500.00. (Certificate sold at the December 2021 tax sale to the Hamilton County Trustee Program)

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The Central Dispatching Agreement with the City of McLeansboro.

NEW BUSINESS:

2. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Jessica Barbre, Administrative Assistant of the Southern 14 Workforce Investment Board, to sign their Chief Elected Official and Grant Recipient /Fiscal Agent Agreement.
