CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of February, 2025. Salaries: $9,228.66 Fringes: $991.31 Insurance: $1,199.81, Unemployment: $295.32.

2. Accept check # 6011257 in the amount of $12,118.29 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

3. Accept check # 46900 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching Agreement for the month of March 2025.

4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $52,723.19.

5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $52,941.39. This is liability MO- Dec 2024, Collected MO- Jan 2025, Vouchered MO- Mar 2025.

6. Approve the FY25 first quarter claim in the amount of $6,206.45 submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE District #20 Superintendent.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The Central Dispatching Agreement with the City of McLeansboro.

NEW BUSINESS:

2. Discussion and possible approval: The FY24 Workers’ Comp Audit and claim for $7,864.00.

3. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Snedeker Risk Management for the County’s proxy vote for fellow County Board Members nominated to serve on the ICRMT Executive Board.

4. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Southern Illinois University Carbondale for $2,000 from the Cannabis Local Government Distributive Fund to help cover conference fees for their annual Southern Illinois Drug Awareness Conference.

5. Discussion and possible approval: University of Illinois Extension FY26 agreement with the County & program updates presented by Angie Messmer, County Extension Director.

6. Discussion and possible approval: the request for 2025 Sponsorship from the Hamilton County Relay for Life Committee submitted by Sponsorship Chairman, Janis Rubenacker.

7. Discussion and possible approval: Modification to the 2025 Hamilton County Board Meeting Schedule to accommodate office holder trainings/conferences in April, May, and November.

8. Discussion and possible approval: The Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION

9. Discussion and possible approval: To allow the expenditure of up to $_________________ from the Coal fund to treat additional Oil & Chip roads not budgeted in the MFT.

10. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2025-03-02 pertaining to material proposals for the 2025 County MFT Program.
