1) Old Business

a. Culvert at Akin Road & 450 E

i. After re-evaluation and discussion with the Road Commissioner – the existing culvert may have been undersized. Therefore, the Highway Department will furnish a new culvert with installation by the Road Commissioner and Kent Darnell.

b. Township Bridge Program and Bridge Bundling

i. Nothing new at this time.

ii. Reviewing passed structures.

c. Road Improvement Program

i. Funding Opportunity

1. Hamilton County did NOT receive any additional funding.

ii. Multi-Year Program

1. Currently working on a multi-year program.

iii. Local Funding – Consideration

i. Oil & Chip

ii. Maintenance

e. New Highway Facility

i. Testing

1. From report: ‘Based on the sample results, the total spore counts of the three indoor samples were found to be acceptable when compared to the outdoor sample. No further investigation or remediation is recommended at this time.’
