i. Dahlgren Road South
1. Construction has been completed.
ii. FY 24 Pavement Preservation 20-00116-00-PP
1. Bituminous Surface Treatment (Oil & Chip) for Approximately 36.5 Miles
a. Has been submitted to IDOT for Approval.
c. Other Business
i. ICC @ 600E and 1600N Rail Safety Project.

d. New Highway Facility
i. Buildings and Grounds
1. Kelly Electric has the HVAC working in the Office Area and will be installing lights and receptacles in the bays at the north end of the main shop.
e. Equipment/Maintenance Report
i. Once the New 1 Ton is put into service, then the red truck will be cleaned for an invitation to bid.
ii. Possible Approval to purchase a New Tractor as advertised.

a. Bid $228,000 - $80,000(Trade) = $148,000.00
f. Sale of County Highway Department Property.
i. Sale has been completed.
2. New Business
a. Possible Hire of 1 or 2 New Employees – due to Tony’s retirement.
i. Hope to Schedule interviews in December.
