Anne West Lindsey District Library Board of Trustees met April 25.
Here is the minutes as provided by the board:
All board members were present. Staff members attending were Mary Stoner, Pam

Alstat, and Dave Cole.
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by board president Bill Slider and a
quorum was determined.
The agenda was approved with a motion made by Debbie Johnson; seconded by
Sheri Hunter.
Minutes from the March 28, 2017 board meeting were read and approved with a
motion made by Jim Koonce; seconded by Elaine Miskell.
The financial secretary’s report was presented by Dave Cole and accepted with a
motion made by Butch Waggoner; seconded by Debbie Johnson.
The library director’s report was presented by Mary Stoner and accepted with a
motion made by Butch Waggoner; seconded by Elaine Miskell.
By ballot, the 2017-2019 Library Board Officers are:
President: Jim Koonce
Vice-President: Bill Slider
Treasurer: Elaine Miskell
Secretary: Pat Searcy
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m. with a motion by Debbie Johnson; seconded
by Sheri Hunter.
The next regular board meeting will be at 7 p.m. on May 23, 2017.
