Other Business.
a. ICC 600E/1600N Rail Safety Project
i. ICC is setting up the crossing project for FY2019 budget.
ii. Discussion of the ICC Agreement and required Vacation documents. The Agreement is giving 24 months for design and construction.
iii. IDOT and FHWA are working through some paperwork issues to transfer the project from the EDP project to the Rail Safety project.
iv. Jurisdictional Transfers:
1. I will be on the agenda for the S Crouch Township meeting Monday 7/14 to discuss the ICC Agreement with them. A portion of 1600N will need to be transferred to the County so the County road will be continuous to Rt 142.
b. S. Dahlgren shoulders: tailgate spreader is in hand. We are coordinating welding the mounts on the truck and fabrication of the shoulder box.
c. Contract Mowing: Discussion of Bids received May 3rd:
