Discussion was had with Greg Smothers, County Engineer about putting in a security system and or fence in the back lot at the Highway Department. No action taken.

OF BRENT GENTRY AND JODI BRAID. Mr. Gentry’s term commences on July 1, 2017 and is due to expire on June 30, 2018. Ms. Braid’s term commences July 1, 2017

Discussion was had on the use of the county van and cargo trailer during the Consolidated Election for the delivery of election supplies. Delivery and set up will begin March
29, 2017 and will be completed no later than April 10, 2017.
Matt Donkin gave a quarterly report for the Regional Office of Education.
Dave Goncher from Colonial Life was here to speak about disability, accident, life, dental critical illness and cancer coverage. The board gave him authorization to speak to
Human Resources, Jessica Force and County Clerk, Amanda Barnes about plans to go forward.
Discussion was had on selling the old cars in the parking lot. A minimum bid of $500 needs to be set. Ken Smith of Williamson County 911 dispatch will also have a vehicle
that will be sold. With a minimum bid of $10,000.
