City of Albion City Council met April 12.

The Albion City Council met for a special council session on Apr 12 at 1:00 p.m. in the Albion City Hall. Mayor John
Henze called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Council Members Present – Eric Eirikson and Kim Dostal
Attendees: Bob Veenstra – V&K Engineering and Aaron Smith – D.A. Davidson
Both Bob and Aaron went over the preliminary costs for 1) Water treatment plant 2) Water treatment plant with nitrate system 3) hook on to Marshalltown water works.
It was suggested that Bob get further information for the hook up to Marshalltown water works. Questioning if the cost we had been provided was strictly for running of the pipeline, If a booster station would be necessary and the costs that will result in having one.
