Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Mt. Carmel Illinois, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Room of the City Hall Building, 631 N Market Street, Mt. Carmel, Illinois, at which time and place the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider a Variance, under the provisions of Art. XIX, Sec. 19-3C, page 1986 for the following described real estate:
Lots 26 & 27 of Oak Meadow Subdivision, Phase 1, commonly known as 1101 & 1105 Doral Street.
The petitioner, Wabash General Hospital, Mt. Carmel, Il., prays for the following decision or relief:
A Variance in permitted uses to allow making an auxiliary parking lot on a portion of Lots 26 & 27 to provide parking for a physician’s office.
The petition has been dated and filed in the Office of the City Clerk on January 11, 2021. All persons desiring to appear and be heard for or against said application may appear and be heard thereon.
